SPICY PINEAPPLE MARGARITA




Alcoholic Version: Jalapeño Pineapple Margarita

  • Ingredients:

    • 4 oz tequila or mezcal

    • 4 oz Spicy Pineapple Infusion (prepared)

    • 1 oz triple sec or orange liqueur

    • 1 oz lime juice

    • Tajín for rim

  • Instructions:

    1. Rim a glass with lime juice and Tajín.

    2. Shake tequila, infusion, triple sec, and lime juice with ice.

    3. Strain into a glass filled with ice. Garnish with a jalapeño slice and pineapple wedge.

Alcohol-Free Version: Spicy Margarita Mocktail

  • Ingredients:

    • 4 oz alcohol-free tequila alternative

    • 4 oz Spicy Pineapple Infusion (prepared)

    • 1 oz orange juice

    • 1 oz lime juice

    • Tajín for rim

  • Instructions:

    1. Follow the same steps as above, substituting the alcohol-free alternative.

Mocktail: Pineapple-Lime Fizz

  • Ingredients:

    • 4 oz Spicy Pineapple Infusion (prepared)

    • 4 oz pineapple juice

    • 2 oz lime soda

    • Tajín for rim

  • Instructions:

    1. Rim a glass with Tajín.

    2. Pour the infusion and pineapple juice over ice.

    3. Top with lime soda and garnish with lime and pineapple slices.
