Strawberry Peach Sangria Cold Infusion Recipe

Updated: Aug 28

Strawberry Peach Sangria

Ingredients:

- 1 tablespoon of Strawberry Peach Sangria tea blend (White Peony Tea, Dried Strawberries, Dried Peaches, Lemon Verbena, Dried Raspberries)

- 4 cups of cold, filtered water

- Fresh strawberries and peaches for garnish

- Wildflower honey, to taste

- Peach syrup from Torani (optional, for extra razzle dazzle)

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Cold Infusion:

In a large pitcher or airtight container, combine the Strawberry Peach Sangria tea blend and cold, filtered water. Give it a gentle stir to ensure all the ingredients are immersed.

2. Chill and Steep:

Cover the pitcher or container and place it in the refrigerator. Let the tea blend steep in the cold water for at least 4-6 hours or overnight. Cold steeping will extract the delicate flavors without any bitterness.

3. Garnish with Fresh Fruits:

When you're ready to serve, take fresh strawberries and peaches and thinly slice them or cut them into attractive shapes. Add a few slices of each fruit to your serving glasses or a pitcher for a delightful and visually appealing touch.

4. Sweeten with Wildflower Honey:

Pour the cold-infused Strawberry Peach Sangria tea into individual glasses filled with ice. Drizzle wildflower honey to taste and give it a gentle stir to combine the flavors. The honey will enhance the natural sweetness of the fruits and tea.

5. Add a Dash of Peach Syrup (Optional):

For an extra razzle-dazzle, you can also add a splash of peach syrup from Torani. This will elevate the peach flavor and add a subtle layer of complexity to your refreshing cold infusion.

6. Cheers and Enjoy!:

Raise your glass to toast this exquisite concoction! Sip and savor the enchanting blend of white peony tea, strawberries, peaches, lemon verbena, and raspberries with the fresh fruit garnish and honey sweetness. The delightful flavors and enticing aromas will make every sip a moment of pure bliss!

Note: You can adjust the sweetness and fruit garnish to your preference. If you prefer a sweeter infusion, add more honey or peach syrup. Feel free to get creative with the presentation, such as using fun-shaped ice cubes or adding mint leaves for an extra burst of freshness. Enjoy your Strawberry Peach Sangria Cold Infusion on sunny days, during picnics, or whenever you crave a refreshing, fruity pick-me-up!
